HappyWorld89 Child Safety Standards

Effective Date: October 28, 2026

HappyWorld89 has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). These standards apply to every HappyWorld89 feature, including posts, stories, comments, chat, calls, live streams, replays, channels, marketplace listings, profiles, and uploaded media.

Prohibited content and conduct: Users must not create, upload, distribute, request, promote, facilitate, or link to CSAE or CSAM. We also prohibit child grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of minors, predatory contact with children, and attempts to move such activity to another service.

In-app reporting and blocking: Users can report content or accounts from the relevant content or profile menu and can block abusive users. Reports should include the clearest available details so our moderation team can review and act. Do not download, save, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM in order to report it.

Enforcement: When HappyWorld89 obtains actual knowledge of prohibited child-safety content or conduct, we may promptly restrict access, remove content, preserve relevant records where legally permitted, suspend or disable accounts, and take other appropriate safety actions under these standards and applicable law.

Reporting to authorities: We maintain a process to report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline or the relevant regional authority when required by applicable law. We also respond to valid legal requests from authorized law-enforcement agencies.

Child safety point of contact: Google Play, law enforcement, child-safety organizations, and users may contact our designated child-safety representative at [email protected]. Use the subject “Child Safety Report” and do not attach or forward suspected CSAM.

Immediate danger: If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection or law-enforcement authority in your country before contacting HappyWorld89.
